At Mi Casa Furniture we carry new, used, close outs and scratch-n-dent furniture & mattresses.

Return Policy

All sales are final. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted.

Layaway Exchanges/Refunds.

Down payment of 25% due at time of purchase. Customers must make regular payments during the layaway period. Items must be taken out within the 90 day period. Extensions may be granted on a limited basis. No refunds are given on layaways purchases. Customers may be offered in store credit minus 20% restocking fee. Any layaways that have not been paid in the 90 day period are subject to forfeiture.
